These photos were taken on a Peak District workshop with Verity Milligan (Lightandland). There was a fair old amount of walking on this trip as there are lots of high edges to visit and the weather was not particularly kind either (We're talking England here) so we had to wait around a bit for the light. The visit was timed for August when the heather is out and it's fair to say that was a good call as the heather provides some interest in the gloom. The images in order are of Padley Gorge, two of Millstone Edge, Bentley Brook, three of Curbar Edge, the Burbage Brook at Padley Gorge, Mam Tor and old workings above Padley Gorge.
